Experience the luxury of private yacht cruising in Tahiti with custom cruise itineraries through Bora Bora, Raiatea, Taha’a and Huahine aboard your own private catamaran. Enjoy secluded white sand beaches, stop at a remote motu and swim in translucent lagoons – the beauty of Tahiti Yacht Charter is you can do as much or as little as you want. The crew will tailor your sailing experience to your desires, taking into account the type of catamaran, the season and the duration of your cruise. Raiatea to Taha'a
Upon arrival at Raiatea Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to Marina Apooiti, the home base for Tahiti Yacht Charter. There, you will meet the crew and receive a briefing on your seven-day cruise, then sail one hour across the lagoon to Taha’a.
Lunch will be served on board. You will first stop at Motu Mahaea for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking, or you may choose to add scuba diving. Dinner will be served on board.
Taha'a to Huahine
Following breakfast, you will start your sail to Huahine. During these 3 to 4 hours of sailing, you can try your luck at line fishing off the yacht. Visit the main village of Fare where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops.
Continue to Hana Iti. Lunch will be served on board. You will then sail to Avea Bay, which is known for its pristine white sand beach. Dinner will be served on board, or at an extra charge, at the Relais Mahana Polynesian, French and Chinese cuisine. You will moor here for the night.
Huahine Lagoon
After breakfast, visit the old village of Parea by dinghy with your skipper. Lunch will be served on board. You may also choose to add an optional 4x4 island tour. The excursion lasts approximately 4 hours and takes you to see fruit plantations, the sacred blue-eyed eels, and ancient marae.
You will return to Fare Village at the end of the afternoon. Dinner will be served on board. You will moor here for the night.
Huahine to Taha'a
Following breakfast, you will sail 3 to 4 hours to Taha’a. During this voyage you will have another chance to line fish off the yacht. Arrive at the Bay of Faaha and enjoy a complimentary visit to a vanilla plantation where you can buy some vanilla to take home (organized through the Motu Pearl Village). Lunch is served on board.
Sail to Motu Tau Tau where you can stroll, swim and explore the coral garden. Weather permitting, the day will end with a magnificent sunset behind the neighboring island of Bora Bora. Dinner is served on board.
Taha'a to Bora Bora
After breakfast is served on board, you will sail 3 to 4 hours to Bora Bora, at which point you can relax and enjoy the view or have another chance to line fish. Upon your arrival at Motu Topua in Bora Bora, you will have the opportunity to snorkel, kayak, and swim. Lunch will be served on board.
Next, you will sail to Pofai Bay and visit the village of Vaitape. This is where you will find shops, restaurants, banks, an Internet café, and the post office. Upon your return, dinner will be served on board, or at an extra charge, at the famous Bloody Mary's, known for its seafood specials and island atmosphere.
Bora Bora Lagoon
Begin your day with breakfast on board, then set sail along the string of motus surrounding Bora Bora. You can choose to add a visit to the Lagoonarium, a natural aquarium where you can interact with sharks, stingrays, turtles, and a myriad of colorful fish. Lunch will be served on board.
In the afternoon, you may choose to visit the Spa at the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa. Here, you may choose to book a range of facial and body treatments. Dinner will be served on board.
Bora Bora Lagoon
Begin your final day with breakfast on board. You will then set sail toward your final destination, Motu Piti. You will disembark before lunch or by midday at the latest, either at the port of Vaitape or, if practical, at the hotel of your choice within a modified time.
