Pension Raimiti is a charming guesthouse with authentic accommodations on the southeastern corner of Fakarava. Located an hour and a half away by boat from the airport, it's one of the few pensions on the atoll with convenient access to the Tumakohua Pass and Tetamanu Village. This rustic paradise encompasses the true meaning of traditional Polynesian warmth and hospitality.
There are two bungalow styles at Pension Raimiti, aptly named Fare Robinson and Fare Crusoe after the famous island castaway. The Robinson bungalows are located on the lagoon side, while the Crusoe bungalows are located on the ocean side with a larger and more private layout. Each one reflects a traditional open concept, allowing the ocean breeze to pervade the rooms. In the evenings, you may choose to dine with your friendly host at the restaurant or enjoy an intimate meal on the beach beneath the stars.

This is a small bed and breakfast run by a very friendly staff. The location is rather rustic, but it is also one of the world's best diving and snorkeling destinations. This is the perfect little pension for those seeking relaxation and solitude. There's no electricity in the rooms, which means you can completely disconnect. The Robinson Bungalows on the lagoon side are exposed to the elements and feature an open doorway. The Crusoe Bungalows on the reef side are great for listening to the sound of the crashing waves.
