Designed for small groups, this interactive experience invites guests to prepare traditional island dishes alongside passionate local hosts while discovering the flavors and cultural significance of ingredients such as fresh tuna, coconut milk, tropical fruits, taro, and island spices. Guests enjoy a menu of classic Polynesian specialties, including poisson cru, grilled tuna skewers, and tropical desserts, complemented by cultural storytelling, local culinary insights, and Polynesian dance performances for a refined and immersive gourmet experience.

For clients who have not made reservations with Tahiti.com, only private excursions may be requested on days that cruise ships are not in port, and a minimum booking fee of $50 per person will apply, subject to availability.
