Atuona Village, Gauguin Center & Brel Museum, Hiva Oa

Explore the charming village of Atuona on this immersive tour. Stroll along the scenic beach, visit the cultural center dedicated to Paul Gauguin and Jacques Brel, and make your way up to the hillside cemetery where these two legendary artists are laid to rest, surrounded by a serene and inspiring landscape.

Handline Lagoon Fishing

1 Hour

Try local fishing in one of the world’s most fish-rich lagoons! After a few minutes by boat, the captain will drop anchor near a cluster of coral, which is generally a favorable habitat for fishing. Equipped only with nylon lines, hooks, and hermit crabs, experience traditional Tuamotu fishing. Here are the fish you may have the chance to catch: needlefish, marbled grouper, paddletail snapper, and surgeonfish.

Wine Cellar Tour with Tasting

1 Hour, Departs at 5PM

Discover French Polynesia's only winery, Dominique Auroy's Vin de Tahiti, on the atoll of Rangiroa. Upon arrival there will be an introduction to the Rangiroa Wine, after which you can view the wine cellar. At the end of the tour, you can taste Rangiroa Wine and a type of rum made from sugar cane called 'Mana'o'. If so inclined, you can purchase the wine and rum to take home or enjoy later in your room. Operates: MON-SAT

Visit of Taiohae Village and Koueva, Nuku Hiva

2 Hours, 9AM Departure

Embark on a 4x4 adventure through Taiohae, the cultural heart and administrative capital of the Marquesas. Explore the village’s rich history with visits to its cathedral, archaeological sites, and local museum. Then continue to Koueva, an ancient open-air tohua once led by the famed war chief Pakoko. Your journey concludes with a stop at the Fare Artisanal, where local artisans showcase and sell their handcrafted creations.

Tiki Parc, Zipline and Aerial Adventure

Zip through Moorea`s lush mountainous terrain with an exciting adventure course through the treetops. There are four courses available that vary in difficulty from walking nets and bridges to swings, rope ladders, and zip lines. The tour will begin with an introductory course after which you will select, with guidance from the staff, two courses to match your experience and comfort level that you can go through twice should you wish! Your exhilarating adventure will fly by as quickly as you fly between the trees.

Taaoa Valley Exploration, Hiva Oa

Journey along the scenic south coast of Hiva Oa by 4x4 to reach Taaoa, the last inhabited valley on the island’s western side. Explore the remarkable Upeke archaeological site, one of the largest ceremonial centers in Polynesia, spanning the entire valley. Discover ancient living platforms, sacred tiki statues, and sacrificial altars, all steeped in rich Marquesan mythology. Along the way, pass through the quaint village of Taaoa, with its charming stone church and small, peaceful beach.

Petroglyphs of Tehueto Hike, Hiva Oa

2 Hours, 30 Minutes

Embark on a 2.5-hour rainforest trek through lush jungle trails and river crossings to reach the fascinating megalithic site of Tehueto. Hidden deep in the forest, this sacred site features ancient petroglyphs and a traditional me`ae ceremonial platform built above a striking tiki head. This unforgettable adventure is only accessible during dry weather due to the rugged terrain. (Difficulty: Moderate)

4x4 Island Tour

3 Hours 30 MInutes, 8:30AM Departure

Explore the island of Huahine on this 4x4 island tour. Start by visiting Fare, the main town of Huahine, followed by a visit to the village of Maeva where you'll tour the ancient Marae (archaeological sites). You'll then continue on and visit a vanilla plantation and then have a chance to see and feed the sacred blue-eyed eels of Faie. You'll end the tour with a stop for a panoramic view at the Belvedere lookout point. Fruit and soft drinks are provided on the tour. Tour requires a minimum of 4 persons to operate. 4x4 Safari Tour

Discover Moorea`s volcanic peaks, crystalline waters and lush hillsides on an adventurous 4x4 Safari tour. Traverse and explore Moorea’s Magic Mountain, Belvedere Lookout, Opunohu Bay and Cooks Bay, with stops at ancient Marae. Visit the Agricultural College, where you`ll discover a variety of plants native to these Polynesian islands. You`ll also stop at a pineapple plantation and visit a local juice factory.
