Dream and Adventure on Fakarava atoll (Tuamotu archipelago).

 The hotel Le Maitai Dream Fakarava will be the second Maitai hotel in the islands after Le Maitai Polynesia in Bora Bora. Due to open on September 16th, with a total of 30 luxury bungalows, this small property will charm the seasoned traveler with its exceptional location, facing a virgin lagoon teeming with fish and coral. 

Atoll or lagoon excursions to discover pearl farming or the fascinating reef environment, as well as scuba diving exploration will make your trip to Fakarava an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience. 

All inclusive packages will be available for a full service in accommodation and restaurant. Various activities and excursions will be proposed. Scuba divers will have many opportunities to discover the different diving spots of the atoll accompanied by a professional and experienced scuba diving center located in the hotel. Perfect for experiencing the magic of “The Great Pass”, and other incredible encounters with the diverse inhabitants of this astonishing silent world. 

Accommodation : 30 large Bungalows, with all amenities and refined interior design
- 3 categories : Beach Premium (9), Beach (6) and Tiare (15)
Ideally located on a wide white sand beach over 200-meters long and against a luxuriant plantation of Tiare flowers and fruit trees, the wooden bungalows are regrouped in small islets of three units each facing the lagoon.

- Bungalow amenities :
-         Surface of approximately 45 sq. meters, plus covered terrace of 9 sq. meters
-         King size bed (or twins) ;  sofa bed and optional rollaway for families
-         Natural ventilation and overhead fan
-         Bathroom with shower (hot water), hairdryer
-         IDD phone, TV, minibar/refrigerator, individual safe

 Flying to Fakarava (FAV) with Air Tahiti
Flight time from Papeete-Tahiti is 1h10mn and 40 mn from Rangiroa. The 2002 Summer program proposes 6 flights per week up to 7 days per week for the high peak season. Fakarava is also accessible from Bora Bora, with a connection in Rangiroa on Fridays. Fakarava has been included in the Air Tahiti BORA-TUAMOTU PASS and LAGOON PASS.

From the airport, transfer by boat or vehicle takes 20 minutes.
