M/S PAUL GAUGUIN RADISSON

The Paul Gauguin was designed specifically for sailing French Polynesia year-round. She offers an extension of the informal, relaxing environment of the islands, with Radisson Seven Seas' interpretation of six-star service, comfort and luxury. Spacious staterooms (50% with private balconies), a water sports marina, a choice of three single seating dining venues and an extensive spa are among her six-star attributes. The atmosphere aboard radiates warmth and informality. And her beloved troupe of Gauguines - part cruise staff, part entertainers, part storytellers, add the unique personality of French Polynesia to every cruise.
Sailing on seven-night voyages from Papeete, Tahiti, the m/s Paul Gauguin visits five idyllic islands which the artist celebrated over and over again in his paintings. This remarkable vessel is an extension of the informal, relaxing environment of Polynesia, interpreted with American attention to luxury and comfort and French flair for casual sophistication. Designed to be in harmony with the natural beauty of the islands and its culture, the atmosphere aboard radiates warmth, informality and openness. Here, the constraints of formal wear, tuxedos and ties are forgotten and the only dress code is relaxation.

Staff & Services:
The 1 to 1.5 service ratio assures you of the highest level of personal attention. You'll notice it in the way the Maitre d' remembers your name, in the extra personal attention you receive from the dive master when you're learning to scuba and in the warmth of your stewardess' "bonjour" as she places a perfect ripe mango in your fruit basket. Yet surprisingly gratuities are never expected.
24-hour Room Service: A special 24-hour room service menu is available. During normal dining hours, you may also order from L'Etoile Restaurant and enjoy dinner in your suite.
Butler Service: Host a cocktail party in your suite. Make reservations at La Veranda. Have a gift delivered... Your skilled butler can do it all. Butler Service is available in the Owner's and Grand Suites and categories A and B. Regent Seven Seas Cruises is the first and only cruise line to enjoy membership in the highly respected Guild of English Butlers.
Communications: Guests can make telephone calls directly from their stateroom. Fax messages are received and sent through the reception desk. There are two computers and a printer in the Card Room. E-mail services for sending and receiving messages are available for a nominal fee, 24 hours a day.
