A commemorative celebration of the arrival in Tahiti of the first Protestant missionaries. This year marks the 208th anniversary of the coming of the Gospel.

MARCH 05-11, 2006: Tahitian International Billfish Tournament
The rules for this tournament are based on IGFA rules, which help protect deep-sea marine life. The winners of this competition will be rewarded with trophies and cash prizes!

March 9-12, 2006: Tahiti Pearl Regatta
Starting from Uturoa (Raiatea)
One week of invigorating races as well as onshore festivities every evening, with music, dance,  Tahitian cuisine in the village stops during the race

Thursday 9^th Raiatea
Meeting point and anchoring at the Uturoa harbor
10AM Boats measurements,  prologue race briefing
2PM Prologue race start off the Uturoa dock
Welcome cocktail and general briefing

Friday 10^th Raiatea- Bora Bora
9/30 AM regatta Raiatea – Bora Bora start off the Uturoa main dock
Finish line at the Bora Bora passe, anchorage in the west of motu Topua
6PM music dance party at the motu Topua, local Tahitian food and cocktails

Saturday 11^th Bora Bora – Tahaa
9/30 AM regatta Bora Bora –Tahaa start
6PM BBQ, music and dance at the motu Ceran

Sunday 12^th Tahaa-Huahine
8/30 Am Tahaa – Huahine start
6PM awards giving and cocktail on the Fare dock
